Each week at Village, people just like you give their time to serve. Whether it’s helping kids learn about Jesus at their level in Kid’s Church, parking cars, helping guests feel welcome, or serving in worship, every volunteer is making a difference. We believe that through serving, you will be able to discover your calling, find community, and see God use your life!
TEAMS AT VILLAGE
Worship Team
This team leads the church in musical worship. We beleive our worship team plays a crucial role in leading our church to worship Christ. If have interest in playing an instrument, singing, we would love to connect you to our worship leaders.
Welcome Team
This team is about people welcoming people. Whether it’s holding a door, sharing a smile, or passing out a bulletin, a friendly atmosphere can help immediately sense God’s love at work at Village.
Bible Teacher
If you a level of spiritual maturity and enjoy teaching the truth of God’s Word to others, we have a few opportunities to do this. Leading an adult group, teaching kids, or mentoring someone else in our discipleship program are just a few examples of the opportunities we have available.
Parking Team
This team helps provide space for attendees as they enter our campus. As a growing church, parking can become an issue. This team helps assure everyone safely enters and assists in needs as families enter our campus.
Nursery Team
This team has the unique opportunity to love families by caring for who they love most, their children. In this ministry, we provide a safe and caring place for infants and toddlers during the service times.
Connect Team
This team holds a special opportunity to make each guest feel like they belong. Walking into a new space can be intimidating. This team seeks to engage a new face with care.
Facilities/Grounds Team
God has blessed our church with a beautiful campus. There is always plenty to do! This team tackles mowing, setting up, performing repairs, organizing spaces, and much more. If you have skill sets in the various areas of we’d love to connect with you.
Usher Team
This team helps attendees find a seat. They are present for needs, and eager to assist before and during worship services.
Kids Min Team
At Village Kids, we believe that even young children can become devoted followers of Jesus. We aim to teach kids to know, love and obey Jesus. Volunteers are able to help invest in the next generation. We have classes for all ages and stages.
Audio/Tech/Visual Team
Technology gives us a unique opportunity to reach engage more than those attending. If you have proficiencies in other areas such as photography, web design, videography, etc. We’d love to have you join our team!
Care Team
This team is designed to be an encouragement to those recovering from recent hospital stays or prolonged illness by providing meals, visits, etc. These important team members prepare a meal a few times throughout the year when needed.
Social Media Team
This team helps expand the reach of what God is doing in our church, to our city and beyond. God has given us a unique gift of social media to use to help spread the word of our church and the Gospel unto the nations!
